Welcome to NameRingtone.com (the “Website”). By accessing, signing in to, or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

A Chinese translation is available for convenience. If it differs from this English version, this English version controls.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Website is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit personal information. You must also meet any higher minimum age or parental consent requirement under the law where you live. Minors should use the Website with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

The Website currently uses Google accounts for sign-in. You must be authorized to use the account, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity through your account. If your account is compromised, promptly contact the email address below. You may not impersonate others, transfer or improperly share an account, create accounts in bulk, or bypass access restrictions.

2. The Service and Generated Content

You may choose background music and a voice provided by the Website, enter a caller name, and select an ending from the available list to create a personalized ringtone. Where available, you may preview the result or download it in MP3, M4R, or other formats. Available features are as shown on the Website at the time of use.

Voice, music, and other audio elements may be generated or processed wholly or partly using artificial intelligence and third-party technology. Your result may be identical or similar to content received by other users. Results may also vary, be delayed, or fail because of your input, device, network, or third-party services. The Website may adjust or suspend features, materials, and service providers for operational, technical, security, or compliance reasons.

Generated content is not guaranteed to be original, eligible for copyright or other exclusive rights, or suitable for a particular device, platform, or purpose. Synthetic voice styles and their descriptions do not imply the participation or endorsement of any real person, artist, brand, or organization.

3. Your Input and Content Responsibilities

“User Input” includes caller names and other material you submit. You retain any rights you lawfully hold in User Input and represent that you have the right to submit and use it without infringing another person's name, voice, likeness, privacy, reputation, intellectual property, or other rights. Do not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to creating a ringtone.

To generate ringtones, review content, store files, and provide necessary support, you grant the Website a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to receive, temporarily store, copy, transmit, convert, and process User Input to the extent needed for those purposes, including through relevant technology providers. This license does not transfer ownership of User Input. The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Website currently supports only preselected endings. It does not offer custom endings, audio uploads, or cloning of real people's voices. You may not bypass these feature restrictions.

4. Platform Materials and Permitted Use of Ringtones

Rights in background music, voices, sample audio, interfaces, software, trademarks, and other platform materials belong to the Website or their respective rights holders. Accessing or using the Website does not transfer those rights to you.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may download a ringtone generated through the Website and use it as a ringtone on your own device or for other personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. It grants no exclusive right in any material or generated content.

Without permission from the Website and any other relevant rights holders, you may not:

• Publicly post, share, or distribute a generated ringtone, or make it available for others to download;
• Sell, resell, rent, or sublicense a generated ringtone, or use it in advertising, products, film, games, livestreams, public social media content, or any other commercial or public use;
• Separately extract, copy, or distribute background music, voices, or other platform materials, or use them to build an audio library or competing service; or
• Claim exclusive rights in identical or similar AI-generated elements so as to prevent the Website or other users from using them under their own permissions.

If the Website separately offers a commercial license, the scope shown at the time of purchase will apply.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website to:

1. Create, submit, or use unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content, or use another person's work, recording, identity, name, voice, likeness, or personal information without authorization.
2. Impersonate a person or organization, falsely claim that a real person spoke synthetic audio, imitate a real person's voice without authorization, or imply another person's approval or endorsement.
3. Abuse the service in bulk through bots or scripts; scrape materials; attack, interfere with, reverse engineer, or bypass the Website's moderation, security, or access restrictions; or misuse Website or third-party credentials.

The Website may review input and use for safety and, when it identifies a violation or risk, refuse generation, remove relevant content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, or cooperate with competent authorities where required by law. You are responsible for your input and for downloading, sharing, and otherwise using content. If your unlawful input, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms gives rise to a third-party claim, you are responsible for resulting losses and reasonable costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services and File Retention

The Website may use third-party services for speech synthesis, content moderation, sign-in, storage, and other functions. User Input and technical information needed for these functions may be transmitted to those providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

For 24 hours after a generation record is created, you can view it, preview the audio, and download the files. After that, you can no longer access them through your account. Download any files you wish to keep in time. Expiry does not automatically delete the record or files; admins may review them for moderation purposes and delete them manually when needed. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Refunds

If paid features, credits, packages, or subscriptions are offered, the price, validity period, usage allowance, and renewal terms are those shown at purchase. Credits may be used only within the Website and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

8. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided as available. It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated results will be unique, meet your expectations, or suit a particular purpose. You should check each result and your right to use it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from User Input or use, device or network failures, or interruptions of third-party services. These Terms do not affect rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and Disputes

The Website may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, technology, or law and will state the new effective date on this page. Your continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you disagree, you may stop using the Website.

If a dispute arises, please first contact the email address below. If it cannot be resolved, you may bring a claim before a court or other dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction.
