This Privacy Policy explains how NameRingtone.com (the “Website”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when providing account sign-in, ringtone generation, file downloads, and related services, and how you may exercise your rights. Please read it together with the Website's Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, the Website may process:
- Account information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier received when you sign in with Google, along with account, session, and verification information needed for sign-in and security. The Website does not receive your Google account password.
- Ringtone generation information: The caller name you enter; the ending, background music, voice, and other settings you select; synthesized speech and generated ringtone files; and task identifiers, generation status, timestamps, and related records.
- Device and usage information: Your IP address, browser and device information, language preference, access times, pages and features used, referral information, cookie identifiers, and necessary operational, error, and security logs.
- Contact and transaction information: Information you include in inquiries or complaints and, if you use paid features, records such as the purchased item, order number, amount, currency, and payment status. Sensitive payment credentials, such as full card numbers, are generally handled directly by payment providers.
Do not include government identification numbers, payment details, health information, another person's private information, or other sensitive personal information unrelated to creating a ringtone in a caller name or other input. If you submit another person's name or personal information, you must have an appropriate basis for doing so.
2. How We Use Information
The Website uses this information to sign users in and manage accounts; review input; generate and deliver ringtones; retain generation records for moderation; handle orders and support requests; troubleshoot problems; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with applicable law. If another use requires consent by law, the Website will provide the required notice and seek that consent.
Some information is necessary for the feature you request. For example, the Website cannot create a corresponding ringtone without a caller name and selected voice, and account-only generation features cannot be used without signing in.
3. Third-Party Services and Sharing
The Website uses Google for sign-in and may use third parties for text safety review, speech synthesis, cloud storage, content delivery, payments, email, and technical operations. The current ringtone workflow may send text to a content moderation provider and to speech synthesis providers such as MiniMax, and store generated files in cloud storage. The Website provides these providers with information needed for the relevant function. Third parties' independently provided services are subject to their own privacy rules.
The Website may also disclose information with your authorization, to comply with law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect users and service security. The Website does not sell your personal information.
Service providers may process information outside your country or region. The Website handles such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website uses cookies or similar technologies needed for sign-in, language settings, security, and core functions. When a visit URL contains a utm_source parameter, the Website also sets a cookie of the same name for 30 days to record the referral source. This source may be linked to your account when you register, so the Website can understand where users come from. Your browser generally lets you manage cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may affect features such as sign-in.
If Google AdSense advertising is enabled, Google and other third-party advertising vendors may place or read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers, as a result of serving ads on the Website. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this Website or other websites. Other advertising vendors, if used, will be identified when advertising is enabled, together with their applicable privacy and opt-out information. 5. Retention and Deletion
For 24 hours after a generation record is created, you can view it through your account, preview the audio, and download the files. After that, the record is no longer shown in your account and the related audio is no longer available to you. Download any files you wish to keep in time. Expiry after 24 hours does not automatically delete the record or files; admins may review them for content moderation and security troubleshooting, then delete them manually when needed. Deleted files may not be recoverable.
Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. Support, transaction, and security records are retained for the time needed to handle requests, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests. When the applicable period ends, the Website deletes or anonymizes information as required by law. Information needed for legal compliance, disputes, or security incidents may be kept for the corresponding period. Information in backups may remain until the backups are rotated.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; obtain a copy where the law provides for one; withdraw consent; or request limits on or object to certain processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal, but may prevent continued use of the relevant feature.
You may submit a request through the email address below. The Website may need to verify your identity and will handle the request under applicable law. Information that must be retained by law, or requests to which a right does not apply, may not be deleted or fulfilled immediately.
7. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information. A higher minimum age or parental consent requirement under local law also applies. A parent or guardian who believes a child has improperly provided personal information may contact the email address below.
8. Security and Policy Changes
The Website uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep your account credentials safe and avoid submitting unnecessary information.
The Website may update this Policy to reflect changes in the service, technology, or law and will state the new effective date on this page. Where law requires separate notice or consent, the Website will follow those requirements.
